Quality is our standard

– in everything we do.

For us, quality is not a coincidence, but the result of clear principles and consistent implementation.

Our quality policy describes our self-image, our goals and our daily attitude towards quality – firmly anchored by the management.

Our customers’ needs set the standard for our daily work. With expertise and a strong sense of responsibility, our dedicated employees ensure lasting customer satisfaction.

Regular
assessment

We continuously review our management system for effectiveness and potential for further development.

Our commitment to sustainability

For us, sustainability is not a trend, but a long-term commitment. We actively practise environmental protection – all legal requirements in this area are fully complied with.

We introduced an environmental management system in accordance with EN ISO 14001 back in 2000. Since then, we have been continuously developing it in order to make our processes more environmentally friendly and measurably reduce our impact on the environment.

Achieving more together

Effective environmental protection requires everyone to play their part. That is why we promote environmental awareness and responsibility among our employees through regular training and transparent communication at all levels.

Responsibility for tomorrow

We are committed to minimizing our environmental footprint – driven by our responsibility toward future generations. This commitment guides our decisions, our processes, and our corporate culture.

Sustainable plastics processing – our contribution to the future

The responsible use of resources is a key issue for Seletec – both today and in the future. In the coming years, there will be a particular focus on the increased use of bioplastics and recycled materials.

Our goal is to significantly increase the proportion of renewable raw materials used in plastics processing, make processing even more resource-efficient and consistently minimise waste volumes.

The use of bioplastics offers a clear ecological advantage:

greenhouse gas emissions and the consumption of non-renewable energies can be significantly reduced – an active contribution to climate protection.

photovoltaic system

Since September 2023, our 115 kWp photovoltaic system has been in operation. It plays an active role in sustainable energy production and reflects our dedication to environmental responsibility and energy efficiency. By relying on solar energy, we reduce CO₂ emissions while driving the transition toward clean energy.
